Cafe Lulu in Montreal

Very nice and friendly atmosphere while eating here, the boss and staff are way nice and kind, also great fresh food, I really enjoyed, and recommended! It's not far from the metro and center library! Definitely will come back again 🤗🤗🤗

Friendly service, absolutely delicious food that tastes home prepared, clean and yummy. From the outside the place doesn’t look particularly special, but the comforting food is what you come here for!

I came for the first time today after reading the reviews. Food was amazing, coffee was great and the service was even better! Very welcoming and helpful to those who know very little French. We will be back often!

I love Café Lulu!The staff is sooo nice and friendly, I love chatting with the owner and his employee while I wait for my coffee.The food is always delicious, and so is their coffee. It's the perfect place to grab a quick bite and eat on the go or at one of their tables inside or on their terrace.

The latte here is wonderful and the staff are friendly. The music is classic old school coffee shop and the correct level for talking or reading. Honestly cute perfect spot to come bring a date, a good book or friend.Options:Vegan friendly milk options and some gluten free options.

Very cozy cafe, great if you want to chat with a friend over a cup of good coffee and a fresh meal. Yammy salami and grilled veggies sandwich. Small bistro-style round tables, not jammed together, rather comfy sitting arrangement. Very clean. Friendly staff. Will definitely return.

A nice place for breakfast in the village. The hosts are polite and very accommodating for English speakers.The food is decent and the place has enough kinds of it that there is something for everyone.

Great café, great service.Visiting from Ottawa, stopped right after arrival. Great place, the staff was super helpful and friendly with me and wife not speaking French. Latte and mokachino portions were big and food was nice too!

Excellent food and great service

The owners are all very kind! They kept stopping to check on me and brought my food out to me as I was wrestling with a suitcase. Delicious food, too! The salami sandwich was great and the salads are fresh.

Go to this place every summer I'm in Montreal, it's one of my favourite places to get a good breakfast in the aera, would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful, bilingual owners who make you feel at home. The coffee, crepes, French toast, egg sandwich, and chicken & pesto wrap were all excellent. Great location, a block or so from Station Berri-UQÀM which has four Metro lines from which to choose.

Excellent and friendly service! Was looking for a quick and healthy meal within walking distance from where we were and this was the perfect option. Ordered the delicious salmon salad to go. HUGE portions, enough for two! Very fresh and tasty!

The atmosphere inside is much nicer than the outside presentation would suggest (frankly, I never would have walked in if it were not for all the good reviews). Both coffee and food are decent, if a little overpriced, and service is nice, friendly, and at least trilingual from what I heard (French, English, and Spanish)

Having frequented this cafe twice now, I can confidently say that the quality of the food and service by the staff are both great. For $8-12, you can enjoy a filling meal! My favorite is the Cafe Lulu special. The meal also comes with coffee or tea. Just be careful sitting outside on the patio. It is a beautiful patio, but... there are lots of birds on the power lines above you and, with the help of gravity, one may add some extra protein to your drink/meal if you’re not paying attention.

With so many surrounding coffee shops in the montreal area, Cafe LuLu is an amazing location actually get some work done and enjoy great breakfast food and beverages. The people there are great hosts.

I visited Cafe Lulu after it snowed, it must be hard to keep the floor clean as a result. However I do like my soup and myfriends were happy with their sandwiches and french vernilla. The tuna pie is pretty delicious too.

The two men that helped us were so nice! They were very friendly and helpful and didn't mind us coming in late to wait for our late bus. The coffee was delicious and so was the baklava!
